SKLZ LAX Adjustable Handling Trainer

The Lacrosse Handling Trainer is a fun and effective training tool to improve passing, receiving, ball control, and overall handling during solo practice sessions. This solo stick trainer is built with a regulation size and weight lacrosse ball to practice accurately and help develop hand-eye coordination. By improving overall hand-eye coordination, athletes can work on improving their game-day performance. Easily attach the hook and loop strap to the basket of almost any lacrosse stick and work on your game anywhere. The Lacrosse Handling Trainer allows athletes to practice quick rhythmic passes to long range passes with the adjustable elastic shock cord. The durable cord is designed for solo training so athletes can focus on practicing without having to worry about chasing the ball while they put the reps in. Adjust the cord up to 7 feet for more versatile training.
