Hillman Wooden Pole Socket Set, 1-3/8-in

The Hillman Wooden Pole Socket Set provides stable closet bar installation. One socket features an open lip allowing the pole to fit snugly between sockets and insert first into the closed socket, then the open-lip socket. For proper installation, fasten the pole socket to a wood stud, either through drywall or directly. The open and closed socket design grips the pole firmly while anchoring to a stud prevents sagging.
