Before you embark on your next photography project consider the Glow EZ Lock 20 Deep Parabolic Softbox a portable and versatile light modifier renowned for producing stunning fashion and portraiture images. This high-quality softbox features the innovative EZ Lock system eliminating the need for complex assembly or alignment of speedring holes. Designed with a 16-rib structure this softbox operates much like an umbrella opening and closing with ease. The EZ Lock system centered around a robust shaft allows for a simple push-lock mechanism to open and a wide button for a painless close. The deep parabolic design of this softbox mimics the advantages of a metallic magnum style reflector without its delicate nature. Built for both studio and on-the-go use it boasts sturdy aluminum support rods for structural stability and extraordinary fabric strength. The shape of this softbox is ideal for light transmission over both short and long distances thanks to its mirror-symmetrical parabolic design. This design enhances the energy output of a monolight allowing for a wide range of uses from a soft quasi-reverse umbrella to a super hard polished magnum bullet depending on your needs. The Glow EZ Lock Deep Parabolic Softbox ensures that all the light from your high watt second flash is utilized surrounding your subject with rich even light full of detail and realistic tactile quality. This unique modifier design form factor allows you to master the light serving as a key light a prodigious reflector an outsized focusing umbrella or a softer light source when using the gridded outer diffuser shield. The reversible opaque deflector cover enables light to bounce throughout the softbox resulting in a softer spread of indirect light. The effect is gentler than a standard reflector and markedly less harsh than a speedlight. By flipping the deflector plate you can achieve varying levels of light distribution. The inner diffuser incorporates a central circular panel to avoid hotspots while maintaining the pop of the silvered rim of material extending beyond its position. The use of both outer and inner double diffusion material produces very soft light providing three levels of contrast sharpness and dimension. The Glow EZ Lock 20 Deep Parabolic Softbox is highly efficient producing flattering results that reveal the human form with grace and warmth. It s ideal for full-length fashion portrait and beauty photography providing even pleasing and contrast-balanced light coverage. The interchangeable speedrings offer adaptability to almost any speedlight monolight or large barebulb strobe making this softbox an optimal tool for mastering all location situations where quality counts. The finely finished silver interior lining makes it easy to achieve magnificent specular highlights brings out sharp details and provides the most focused indirect lighting along with soft shadow definition. Constructed with attention to detail from resilient form-fitting fabric to flexible aluminum frame ribs the Glow EZ Lock 20 Deep Parabolic Softbox sets the standard for portable light control.
