Its sturdy build is designed to last providing you with a reliable tool that enhances your photography experience. The Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter is an affordable system that opens up a vast universe of lens options particularly beneficial for those with a collection of DSLR lenses including 85mm lenses and longer most 50mm lenses and all tilt/shift lenses. These lenses often produce image circles large enough to cover larger medium format sensors despite their performance being optimized for their native formats. This makes the adapter especially useful for mounting tilt/shift lenses on Fujifilm GFX Cameras offering a cost-effective solution for shift photography. Please note that this is a manual adapter. As such lens functions that rely on electronic communication with the camera body such as autofocus AE metering and image stabilization will be disrupted. However you can easily set your exposure manually or meter using your camera s Aperture Priority (stop-down) mode. If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default. With the Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter you can unlock the full potential of your Fujifilm GFX camera and M42 screw mount lenses.
